On this day in Dublin, I didn't have a tripod, which was frustrating when I was photographing indoors; fortunately, with a higher ISO and my tilt shift lens, I was able to capture what I sought. The City Hall, Dublin, originally the Royal Exchange, is a civic building in Dublin, Ireland.
